Attitude to Burn specialises in outdoor fitness training – either 1 on 1 personal training or in small groups.
 
Attitude to Burn offers a wide range of fitness programs, from Bootcamp style, to Cardio Boxing, Strength training, Jog Squad, Mums & Bubs. All of our sessions are designed to put the fun factor into fitness and as such are suitable for a wide range of clientèle of varying fitness levels.
 
We named the business 'Attitude to Burn' because we believe that your attitude is the thing that can make or break your desire to get in shape and be fit. Our goal is to guide you towards a healthy positive attitude to not only getting and staying fit, but towards your nutrition as well. The right attitude will get that metabolism on fire and burning away those unwanted kilos - plus you will have a renewed enthusiasm and zest for life.
 
No matter what your fitness goals, we will develop a program and provide you with all guidance and motivation to help you achieve your goals.
 
With a few weeks of training under your belt at Attitude To Burn, you will:
 
  • Have more confidence and energy as you start to see your body change.
  • Know how to eat the right foods to lose weight.
  • Feel the support, not only of your trainer, but also of all your fellow clients who are going through the same thing you are.
  • Laugh more on a regular basis than you have in a long time. In our training sessions, fun and physical challenges go hand in hand.
