Northern Illawarra Chamber of Commerce

The coastal villages of the Northern Illawarra have long had an association with the arts, artists and crafts people. This strong arts community can trace its heritage back to the days of D.H. Lawrence when he lived in Thirroul and wrote his renowned novel, Kangaroo (circa 1922).
